Represented ownership in a joint venture arrangement with a national real estate firm in the 2003 sale of the property for $138.0 Million to a New York based family investment fund.

Provided leasing and property management services to two (2) separate ownership entities over a 5 year period.

One Clearlake Centre, West Palm Beach, FL

Assisted ownership in its 2005 purchase of the property for $38.6 Million and provided leasing and property management services to ownership over a 10 year period.

Citi Group Global Markets—Smithy Barney

Represented the client in an exclusive brokerage capacity over a 12 year period in site selection, lease negotiation, and leasehold construction management for over 25 Smith Barney retail branch offices throughout the State of Florida, encompassing in excess of 500,000 square feet, including offices in: West Palm Beach; Boca Raton; Ft. Lauderdale; Palm Beach Gardens; Delray Beach; Coral Gables; Sarasota; Naples; St. Petersburg;  Tampa; and Orlando.

Represented the client in the renewal of its lease agreement and expansion of its Palm Beach leased premises of 12,000 square feet
